Once the transparency has been created - you are able to to expose the screen. Don't worry if you don't have the right kit - we can do this for you - we'll cover off all steps of sourcing/coating/exposing/wash-out and curing the screen to get you set up for printing.
We source quality aluminium or wooden screens depending on your requirements, we also have a selection of reclaimed screens that we can use for a discounted price. Just let us know the size of your artwork/transparency and the desired outcome and we can source the correct size and mesh type for your job.
We then coat with a light sensitive photo emulsion and expose on our quality NuArc 'Mega-Light' UV Fluorescent exposure unit. Once washed out and cured this can be either used in-house at our studio - or sent out to you to use at your own set-up.
